Natural lacquer with a glossy finish. Insulator and primer for porous supports. It is used as a finish for gold or silver leaf and the like. It is an excellent varnish with a hard and glossy finish for acrylic and/or vinyl paints. It can be used as a primer for porous surfaces such as plaster or wood, avoiding excessive absorption. Dries by evaporation. Adding colorants to the alcohol can achieve a wide variety of transparent shades. It can be used as a binder for powdered pigments. Usual varnish for polychromes. On plaster or other porous surfaces, it acts as a primer, applying one or two coats. It can also be used as a gloss finish varnish. On wood: If the wood is new, it must be well smoothed (sanded), clean and dry. Then apply 3 or 4 coats, letting it dry completely between coats. Apply by brush, thick flat brush or palette. On wood, it can also be applied to the wrist, slowly loading and polishing using the classic system, with the wrist not heavily loaded. They can be given as many passes as needed, allowing it to dry completely between one and the other, until reaching a uniform and shiny finish.
